Muffins.
Start with like 10 oz of flour, and maybe a teaspoon of baking powder, and a half teaspoon of salt. Mix those in a big-ish bowl and set it aside. Also add any spices or whatever dry stuff to make it taste good. Then you get a big cup and mix the wet ingredients. Get like a big blob of margarine. I don't know, like half a stick or something. Maybe not that much. Also add a couple tablespoons of flour to that, along with some more baking powder, like ½ teaspoon. You can use more, if you want. So, mix these guys up until you're tired of that, then add some water until it's egg-consistency. Then add just a little more water, so it's like egg + milk consistency. Also, get ready with your blueberries or strawberries or lemon zest or whatever other girly crap you wanna put in there, and either mix that into your wet ingredients, if the cup's big enough, or just get it ready next to the big bowl of flour. Okay, you should probably make a kind of well in the flour at this point. Oh yeah, you should have preheated the oven, crap this is going to take longer now. Okay, read this part first: preheat the oven to 375 I think. Now that it's all ready, make a well in the flour so that you can just pour the wet stuff in and you won't have to stir it as much to get the stuff at the bottom. Okay, so combine all the stuff together now, but don't stir too much, or you're screwed. Okay, put it in greased muffin tins, you should have greased the muffin tins at some point earlier too, damn, you should just read this whole thing through before trying to do it. I don't suggest reading as you go. Anyway, throw those in for some time, try ten or fifteen maybe? I don't know, it's been awhile since I made them. You can use a fork or toothpick to figure out if they're done, stick one in and it should come out clean. Let em rest for awhile, you don't want to bite into one while it's hot, cause damn that smarts.
Oh god I forgot the sugar. Add like half a cup of sugar.
